We offer several delivery tiers, including our White Glove Delivery service where our team will unwrap, inspect, and assemble your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as standard curbside drop-off.
Do you offer financing for major purchases?
Yes, we provide flexible financing options through our partnership with various credit providers, allowing you to enjoy your new home pieces now and pay in installments over time.
What is your return policy for home decor and mattresses?
Most home decor items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Mattresses are covered by our 90-day Comfort Guarantee, allowing you to exchange your mattress if it's not the right fit.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the 'Track My Order' tool on our website using your order number and postal code.
Do you provide a warranty on your furniture products?
All of our furniture comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer 'Brick Protection' plans that cover accidental stains, damages, and structural failures beyond the basic warranty.
Can I pick up my order from a local warehouse?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select 'Free In-Store Pickup' to collect your items from the nearest Brick distribution center or retail location at no extra cost.
